Simply Scrapping challenge #77

It's that time of the week(no-not month-week).  Wednesdays Simply Scrapping challenge.  This weeks was to use paper ruffles as a border.  It'a not anything I've ever tried before, but I liked the way it came out (after trimming it to make it even), but shhh don't tell anyone.  It will just look like I'm good.  This is more of my niece.  It's from this year at Halloween, obviously.  The papers are from Glitz & KOI and embellishments are Carol Wilson's.  The middle paper was suppose to be from a book, but I took a piece of scrap and glimmer misted it and stamped it with a newspaper stamp(hard to tell by the pic).  The link is for instructions on how to do the border folds.
