Final Design Team Challenge - Make your own flowers.
As announced last week, this is our last Design Team Challenge. Due to family health problems
(which may involve an actual move) plus a severe time constraint, Isabella is just not able to continue to produce her beautiful images at this time. The Digi Boutique and this blog will remain open and as time opens for her, she will be adding new images.

Speaking for the Design Team as the Leader - I know that each of us have enjoyed this team so very much. We have an incredible group of talented ladies that each week challenged us all.  (So many times their cards left me speechless! ...not an easy task LOL)
We wish Isabella and her family well.

Thank you Isabella for giving each of us the opportunity to be part of this team.  This last challenge is to "make your own flowers" - no premade flowers for us this week!  So in our farewell and heartfelt appreciation to Isabella

This week we are chosing any Isabella image and using our scraps! yes, just Scraps - except for the card base, no paper or card stock can be any larger than 3”x3” (or the equivalent sq. inches – 9) and all embellishments must come from your stash or be made from items on hand - NOTHING NEW

Challenge #19 - Buttons n Bows

Rut ro...I did the bows (I even madea double bow), but got confused, which doesn't take much, and forgot the buttons.  I can't even add them because I mailed this card out to my sister for her birthday this morning.  :(    (I hope it will still count). sorry...
**I just want to say thanx to everyone for "seeing" the buttons on my card.  Your comments cracked me up!!***

Challenge #12 Honoring Fathers

Our new Challenge is ...
any project using an Isabella image that. "honors Fathers"...here in the USA we celebrate Father's Day on June 20th - but anytime of the year is a good time to celebrate your Father.

challenge #10 - Black n White with a twist
Now, on to our new Challenge!


Last week we were so colorful - this week is another color challenge...with a twist. Your card is to be black and white only - the "twist" is you CAN color only your image!

"to color your image or not to color - that is the question!" LOL

The paper is from Cherry Arte and ribbon is Maya Roads.

Isabella's Challenge

For this Isabella's challenge, it was to use red, white & blue.  Pretty simple.  This card is also for a fellow scrapper's sister named Jayme.  I am copying what Lisa has written on her blog for her sister "I am having a special event for my sister Jayme. She is in her early 50's and has terminal lung cancer. To make it worse, her sweet dachshund Molly passed away a couple weeks ago. Today we learned her cancer has spread to several other areas and her time is running out. I am asking for all my card making friends to send her a fun card...not really get well cards obviously, but something pretty or funny that will make her smile. She is a frog collector so frog cards would be awesome! Isabella's Challenge

Here's another challenge for Isabellas.  Her digi stamps are just so cute.  It's a color challenge.  The idea is to come as close as possible to their label colors.

Here's my first entry for Isabella's challenge.  Since I don't have any of her digi stamps yet, she was nice enough to do a free download.  The card was for Mother's Day.  It was colored with Le Plume markers and everything else was scraps.
