This month’s challenge host is Velta Wesson. Thanks so much for hosting with us, Velta! Velta is challenging us to “make our own flowers”! I know you have seen all of these wonderful dimensional homemade flowers being used everywhere. Now is your chance to make your very own and sport them on your cards, too! They look quite amazing, but they really are not that hard to do! You can use any thing from paper to lace to create your flowers. I used the tissue paper flower and Thank You set #33 for my card. I sprayed the flower with yellow daisy glimmer mist and walnut antiquing sloution from Tsukineko.  Although it's hard to see, it says "with gratitude" on the bottom of the card.

This Weeks challenge was to make a paper flower using tissue paper.  I've never done that before so here's my attempt.  It's very easy to make.  just cut different  size circles and attach them together w/a brad (or eyelet).  If you want to add glimmer mist or perfumed body spray, do it before you put them together.
