Challenge #113-Flowers, Flowers, Everywhere

This week is all about flowers. I think I have enough of them on my card.  I know it's a little early to make Mother's Day cards, but I couldn't wait to use my new digi and digi paper.

Recipe: papers-Cosmo Cricut "Honey Pie" and Panda Bear Designs "Pansy Frame", pearls-Prima e and Hero Arts, "Mom" poem-Stitchy Stamps, and the ribbon is scrap sprayed with "yellow daisy" Glimmer Mist"

One Stitch At A Time Challenge

11 Apr 11
Challenge #53-New Baby

I love these challenges.  This being only the second one I've done. I took a couple of weeks off to work on wooden Easter pins and door hangers (they're on sale here on ebay-hint, hint).  That being said, I have to say that I ABSOLUTLEY hate the Stitchy Bear web site.  I get suckered in every month spending money just to get the free set...grrrrr.  A need help stopping-I'm addicted.  whew...now I feel better-on to my card.

Of course everything is from the SB web site. All from which I bought this morning, because I didn't have any baby digi's and then had to go ahead and buy more...

Recipe;  paper-Toucan Scraps "Miracle" and "Miracle Blue", digi-Stitchy Stamps "Timeless Tots", dies-circle and scallop circle, flowers & pearls-Prima, and the ribbon is scraps.

I'm also entering this card into the following challenge:  Totally Stampalicious-Anything Goes
Hope you enjoy...

Embossing

Hi my name is Stitchy and I am Co-Owner of Stitchy Bear Stamps...we started this store April 1st, No Fooling ha ha..I live in upstate New York with my husband and two TEENAGE adults ha ha, I do say that loosely as they think they run the show here, NOT...

I been creating stamps for a little less than a year now and I am totally addicted to the craft..I started about 4 years ago making digital scraps and I knew there was much more out there, so a friend of mine introduced me to digital stamps...and the rest they say is history...I look forward to seeing all the beautiful creations come through...good luck everyone..stitchy xoxox"

***For those of who don't know, Stitchy Bear Stamps sells digi stamps and papers from 21 different designers.  During the month of March, if you spend $10 in the store you get a free Easter/Spring kit worth $50!!  I got the free Feb. kit, which was for St. Patrick's Day and totally love it...

This week we want to see some embossing on your card.  It can be either wet or dry.

Prize is $10 gc to Stitchy Bear Stamps Store...
