I got this great idea from Amy over at SS. I had the letter buttons and a fake flower sitting around, so I decided to make my mommy a present (she's the only person I know with those initials). The paper clips were dyed with Rangers Alcohol Ink in "Raspberry" and I added dots of "Diamond" stickles & put together using a glue gun.
